Fineline Printing Group Adds New Quality and Logistics Positions

INDIANAPOLIS, IN, July 1, 2010 --- Fineline Printing Group has recently hired Ray Vartanian, Logistics Manager, and Jason Hoffman, Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement. The latter appointment is a newly created position within the 30-year-old printing and graphics company.

“The main factor in hiring Ray and Jason is based on their successful track records in advancing overall quality of products and services in their past positions. After extensive searches, we found two individuals who personify the quality initiatives already in place within Fineline and who we believe can improve upon them,” says Ric Miller, Vice President of Manufacturing.

Vartanian brings Fineline 20 years of managing supply chain services and warehouse development where he consistently had direct influence on increasing revenues and quality measures. He recently held a position with a local transportation company where he was the top sales performer.

Hoffman joins Fineline with experience working for a multi-million dollar corporation where he was known for his leadership and guidance to all levels of the organization. He has distinguished himself by increasing return on sales by 37% and plant productivity by 40%. A Purdue University graduate, his choice to stay local in Indianapolis led him to seek Fineline as an employer.
