Fineline and Cummins Inc Extend Service Agreement
INDIANAPOLIS, IN, March 31, 2009 --- Fineline Printing Group and Cummins Inc have both felt the pinch of the recession, but that has not stopped them from reaching a new service agreement that will solidify Fineline as one of Cummins Inc.’s top printing vendors. The agreement emphasizes a continued commitment to supplier diversity and mutual agreement to grow the business through guaranteed savings which helps both companies save on time and cost during the economy’s slow period. Paul Doerfler, VP of Corporate Development, said, “Cummins has been one of our most prestigious clients for years, so we’re excited to continue moving our relationship forward.”
Cummins, headquartered in Columbus, IN, is a global leader in the design, manufacturing, sales and service of diesel engines and related technology around the world. Cummins has long been a supporter of supplier diversity and Fineline, a minority-owned printer, has been providing the company with offset printing services for over 4 years.
Richard Whitney, Director – Visual Communications, said "Fineline has helped us realize our plan of providing consistent printed materials across North America. We look forward to expanding our relationship with Fineline over the course of this new agreement.”
