Fineline Recertifies Minority Status with Indianapolis:
Indianapolis Printing and Mailing Company Maintains Focus in Own Backyard
INDIANAPOLIS, IN, April 26, 2010 --- Fineline Printing Group has recertified its minority status with the city of Indianapolis. This certification is issued through the office of Mayor Gregory Ballard and will provide Fineline with equal opportunity when pursuing business with the city of Indianapolis and Marion County. An MBE organization with this certification will recertify every three years in order to maintain minority status and keep the certification current.
Fineline is also a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with the states of Indiana and Wisconsin and the National Minority Supplier Development Councils in Indiana, South Central Ohio, and New York/New Jersey.
An MBE is defined as any organization with at least 51% minority ownership. Richard Miller, Owner and President of Fineline, was born in Argentina and came to the United States as a young teen. An example of the American Dream, he built his business from the ground up and is currently the owner of one of the leading commercial lithographic printers in Indianapolis. Miller also serves on the board of directors for the Indianapolis Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
“Our minority certifications have opened doors for Fineline by presenting our services as an option to those who may not have otherwise heard about us,” Miller says.
