Wilbur Williams wrote an intriguing, persuasive exposition of the Ten Commandments.  His expertise in ancient Israelite and Near Eastern culture adds dimension to his discussion, helping the reader grasp the true enduring significance of the Ten Commandments.  Williams was an important contributor to the ongoing adventure of learning discipleship and developing a closer relationship with God and with one’s brothers and sisters in the family of faith. - Joseph E Coleson, retired professor of Old Testament at Nazarene Theological Seminary; translator of the New Living Translation of the Bible; ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church
