How do I know if I have an account?

Go to the home page and click on the link to “SIGN IN.” Use your email (personal email if this is a personal purchase, or main church email if this is a church account) as the user ID, enter your password, then click the “SIGN IN” button. If you have an account and your password was entered correctly, you will be redirected to the home page and there will be a Welcome message at the top. If you receive a message saying, “Invalid login or password,” then there may not be an account associated with your email address and you will need to create a new account.

How do I change my standing order?

To change your standing order, you may CLICK HERE to access the online order form. Choose “STANDING ORDER UPDATE ONLY” and complete the order form as you would like your new standing order to be set up.

Why am I getting a “Cart ID” error?

Cart ID errors sometimes occur when the system doesn’t recognize that you are logged in. Please log out of your account, then log back in to place your order.

What payment options do I have?

When ordering online through the website, you can pay with credit card only. If you wish to bill an account and pay with cash, check, or credit card at a later date, please order using the Online Order Form.

What credit cards do you accept?

Wesleyan Publishing house currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards.

I’m tax Exempt, so why is the system charging me tax?

There are a couple different reasons you may be charged tax:

  1. You are logged into a duplicate account and not the main church account. If this is the case, please log out and log back in to the main account using the main church email address. If you do not know the password, please follow the instructions to reset your password.
  2. We do not have your tax-exempt form and information on file. If this is the case, please follow the instructions on submitting your tax exempt form.

How do I submit my Tax-Exempt form?

How can I receive a copy of my bill?

You can request a copy of your bill/statement by emailing Customer Service at wph@wesleyan.org or by calling 1-800-493-7539 during regular customer service hours.

How do I change or reset my password?

To reset your password, go to the online store home page (www.wphstore.com), click on the “Sign In” link, then click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link. Enter the main account email address in the “Email” field, then click the “Reset My Password” button. You will then receive an email with further instructions.

How do I submit a return?

A Merchandise Return Form is located on the back of the packing slip that is included inside your shipment. If you do not have access to the packing slip, you can email wph@wesleyan.org to request a copy.

On which holidays is Wesleyan Publishing House closed?

These are the U.S. holiday dates that Wesleyan Publishing House will not have customer service phone or email response hours:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving (closing at noon the day before Thanksgiving, opening back on Monday at 9am)
  • One Week Surrounding Christmas
  • New Year's Day
